Pillar 02 · Psychotherapy & Clinical Care

Neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy for tweens, teens, adults, and couples.

Depth-oriented psychotherapy informed by extensive clinical training and years of direct school-based and community mental health practice. Specialty expertise in ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, twice-exceptional profiles, late-identified neurodivergence, autistic burnout, and the high-masking presentations so often missed.

Clinical Approach

Therapy Held With Depth

With extensive training in diverse therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic work, and mindfulness-based practice, Jessica is equipped to support clients in transforming patterns of thought, feeling, behavior, and relationship that may be hindering their wellbeing and success. Through collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy, she empowers clients to make intentional choices, cultivate personal empowerment, and facilitate meaningful change.

Her clinical work spans ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, autistic burnout, anxiety, depression, giftedness and twice-exceptional identity, communication and relationship difficulties, and the full emotional terrain of adolescent and adult life. Her foundation in dual-diagnosis residential treatment allows her to engage with material many practices cannot, including substance use, risk behavior, and the high-masking presentations that so often go unrecognized.

Who She Works With

Therapy for Every Stage

Adolescent Therapy

For tweens and teens navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, school refusal, social and communication difficulty, identity, and the emotional realities of modern adolescence. Jessica\'s years of direct school-based clinical practice across Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and surrounding South Bay districts inform a therapeutic approach that is developmentally attuned, relationally grounded, and deeply informed by the realities her clients face every day.

Adult Therapy

For adults navigating late-identified ADHD and autism, autistic burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship and communication difficulty, career strain, and the quiet exhaustion that so often accompanies a high-functioning life. Jessica\'s clinical depth supports adults in moving from lifelong adaptation to authentic alignment.

Couples & Family

Relational work for families and couples navigating neurodivergent dynamics, parenting stress, communication difficulty, and the ripple effects of adolescent mental health concerns. Sessions focus on the patterns shaping the relationship and the practical adjustments that create lasting change.
