You’re holding a lot — career, relationships, family, the performance of having it together. Therapy is a place to put that down and figure out what’s underneath it.
What Brings Women to Therapy
Anxiety that looks like productivity. Perfectionism that’s exhausting everyone, including you. Relationships that drain more than they give. Divorce, narcissistic abuse recovery, life transitions. The constant pressure of South Bay life — keeping up, showing up, never fully resting.
High-Masking Clients
Many of my clients have spent years being told they’re fine — or being too good at appearing that way. High-masking people hold it together at work, at school, in public. The effort is exhausting, and underneath there’s often anxiety, burnout, or undiagnosed ADHD or autism that’s never been caught because they present so well. If you’ve always felt different but never had a name for it, I can help you figure out what’s actually going on.
My Approach
CBT-based, direct, and practical. I won’t just listen and nod — I’ll give you tools, challenge patterns, and help you understand how you got here. I integrate IFS-informed work for deeper identity questions and trauma-informed care when needed.
